We are seeking a talented and motivated Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting & Engineering: Create detailed design and engineering plans for various projects, including structural elements, custom fabrications, and railings. Utilize advanced CAD software to develop accurate and comprehensive blueprints.
- Project Management: Oversee projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring all technical specifications are met. Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks on engineering work to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure precision and safety.
- Custom Fabrication Support: Collaborate with the fabrication team to design and engineer custom solutions that meet client requirements. Provide technical guidance and support throughout the fabrication process.
- Commercial & Residential Railings: Design and engineer both commercial and residential railing systems that combine functionality, safety, and aesthetics. Ensure all designs meet relevant building codes and safety standards.
- Mobile Welding Services: Support the mobile welding team by providing engineering solutions and on-site technical assistance as needed. Ensure that all welding projects meet structural and safety requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field) is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in engineering, preferably in drafting, fabrication, or construction.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar). Strong understanding of engineering principles, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think creatively and provide innovative engineering solutions.
